Sinopsis
Discovering Computers 2011: Living in a Digital World, Complete is intended for use as a stand-alone textbook or in combination with an applications, Internet, or programming textbook in a full-semester introductory computer course. No experience with computers is assumed. The objectives of this book are to:
- Present the most-up-to-date technology in an everchanging discipline
- Give students an in-depth understanding of why computers are essential components in business and society
- Teach the fundamentals of computers and computer nomenclature, particularly with respect to personal computer hardware and software, and the Web
